Water is one of the fundamentals on which our body works, (our bodies are after all 80% water), and it is the basic ingredient for most of our bodily functions.

Water is a great detoxifier, so the more you drink, the more bad toxins are removed from your body. Try to drink 2 litres per day in addition to your normal meals and see the effect on your body.

External moisturizing also helps protect your body from the outside. Use a hydrating skin spray or moisturizer to protect your skin from the drying effects of everyday existence.

Eat the right food to enhance your beauty

The final, simple thing you can do to enhance your beauty is to eat healthy. It is well known that processed and convenience foods contain any number of dubious ingredients such as preservatives and colourings, so the easy way to avoid getting these toxins into your body is to avoid eating them.

Aim to get as much fresh fruit and veg into your diet as possible, and top this up with home-made smoothies, nuts and seeds. If you are putting the right things into your body you will get better results.
